Pre-orders

We have a few items that are available as pre-orders. This means you will place the order and it may take some time for us to fulfill and ship that product to you. These time frames will be provided in the item’s product description. If for some reason we cannot fulfil the order in the stated time frame a full refund will be provided to the customer. Should the customer wish to cancel the pre-order for any reason, a $15 cancellation fee will be incurred. If the product has already been sourced and is being processed for the customer, cancellation will not be accepted.
