AToE’s Return Policy:

In the event that you receive products which you are not satisfied with please email [email protected] for assistance. For health and safety reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges of any edible herbal products, body care products, or items from the fresh category. Due to the perishability of fresh products we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. Should you have an issue with a fresh item please notify us within 24 hours of receipt at [email protected] for assistance.

 

AToE’s Refund/Replacement Policy:

Should you have an issue with your purchase please notify us at [email protected] for issues with perishable items please notify us on the date of delivery. We ask that you include photos and/or supporting documentation in your email. For products with issues reimbursement may be offered in the form of product replacement or a partial/full store credit. Reimbursement is determined under the discretion of Ash Tree of Eden, LLC and decided on a case by case basis, based on the evidence provided by the customer. We highly suggest that you select the express shipping option when you purchase items from the fresh category; AToE will not be responsible for fresh produce that did not arrive in good condition if express shipping was not selected at checkout. Should there be a delay or lost package caused by the delivery service we will assist the customer with the claim process. However, it should be initiated by the customer as the delivery service will usually ask the customer to show proof at their local post office. If the customer does not work with AToE and the mail handler and do their part in submitting claim proof we will not be able to offer any remedy for late delivery, improper handling or lost package issues.
