Shipping Policy

Order processing times vary, depending on order volume and product selection. Please remember that many of our items are handmade and prepared in small batches and sometimes it may be made to order especially for you. It usually takes about 7 days to process an order, however it has taken as many as 9 days when order volume is high. Please be patient but if you ever need to inquire about your order status it is best to reply to your order confirmation email and you will receive an update.

We ship out packages Monday – Friday with the exception of orders containing fresh products. Fresh products are shipped Monday - Thursday to avoid the possibility of fresh items sitting idle over the weekend as the mail service in some areas do not handle packages on Sunday. The exception to this is if you are in close proximity to us or you select the express shipping option. Holidays may also change this shipping schedule.

Please note the shipping option you select at checkout does not indicate order processing time. Order processing time is the amount of time it will take us (AToE) to make/get your items, pack and ship them. Shipping time refers to the time your package is with the delivery company (USPS, UPS, FedEx). If you select priority mail express shipping, it does not mean that we will process your order in one day, it means that once your order is processed and taken to the delivery company the shipping with that company will be express shipping. Order processing is typically 7 days but has been up to 9 days when order volume is very high.

Late Delivery or improper handling caused by the mail carrier will need to be addressed via claim with the carrier (eg. FedEx, UPS, USPS). We will work with the customer regarding any claims.
