Directions: Carefully boil water (110-115 degrees F or 43-46 degrees C). Remove herbs from the packet. For easy clean option place herbs into filter bag. Put herbs into steam seat. Carefully add boiling water making sure you don't burn yourself. Test temp of water to make sure it's not too hot. Once ready sit over seat and allow the steam to rise and cleanse your vaginal area. Steam may become warmer with prolonged sitting.Be careful to avoid burns. It is ok to stand and release some of the steam if too hot. Do not touch water to skin until water temperature reduces and it is safe to touch. When the water temperature reduces (to less than 110 degrees F or 43 degrees C) and it is safe to touch, you can use a cloth or douse your vaginal area in the  herbal water, cleansing the inner vaginal area for a douching effect.

Warning: Do not use this product while pregnant, breastfeeding, utilizing intra-vaginal birth control (IUD, etc.).
